My 1st Overseas Trip

They start young ... globe trotting :)
We spent a weekend over in KL (23 - 25 Oct).

Asher's 1st time on the plane - He did well. Doesn't he already look like the seasoned traveller ... not looking one bit out of place amongst all the luggages ... all set for take off ...
1st fine dining experience ... In case you were wondering ... the wine glass is empty. *Phew!*

1st time up the Petronas Towers ... a 1st for all three of us actually. BIG smiles there ...

1st time 'eating' at a road side stall ... It was a pity he could not eat any of the yummy food ... even though i am sure he very much wanted to. Does not help that almost everytime he wakes from his nap, he sees his parents eating !!

Bonding time with daddy ... it was thanks to Kelvin's conference in KL, that we decided to take the trip up.
Judging from the BIG smiles ... I think he had fun :)

Certianly a trip of many firsts for baby Asher ... and definetly the 1st of many trips to come.

My Aunties, PoPo and Me

Asher is really such a draw. Never have i had my aunties and PoPo come over so regularly as now ... just spend that couple of hours playing with the boy :) And all thanks to Auntie Lyna, for so kindly driving them down, on her day off.

In the arms of Great Grandma ... And if you were wondering, yes, Asher just got a hair cut ... the shortest yet.
Aahhh ... Nothing like family ...

Stuff it !!

Asher is definetly growing up faster than i can update his blog.

Right now, he is just stuffing anything and everything he can get his hands on ... into his mouth.

His entire fist,

his Pooh bear toy phone,

his cloth book,

he is really stuffing it in ...

... but i think his favourite, are his daddy's fingers ... reckon they must feel like eating little cocktail sausages *hee*hee* :)

And if you are wondering what's with the stuffing of things into the mouth .... let's just say that he is teething. And guess what we found just the other day, indeed .... TEETH !!! 2 little tiny pearly whites ... peeking out of the bottom gums .... so exciting !!!

ME, MYSELF and MY PRAM

They start young these days ... going to the showroom and picking out their favourite four wheeler.
It took us three outings and two fittings to pick out this gorgeous pram - once without the baby ... and then we realised that we neede to size him in the pram ... then the next round with the baby ... but the pram was out of stock and finally ... the day of the purchase !!

Asher took to his pram like bees to honey :) ... cushion comfort all the way ... with a protable fan (with lights) included!!

Just to give you an idea of how comfortable he is ... he has agreed to pose for a photoshoot ... aka mother frantically snapping away, during an evening stroll in the park *wink*

Day Out

A photo opportunity for the family ... ToysRUs :)

At this age and size, Asher is extremelly portable. And i must say, he is such an obliging baby ... it is almost like he knows when he should be good and when he can throw a fit. When he is outside, he is usually on his best behaviour ... not to imply that he is monster at home ... but he is, at this point in time, very easy to lug around.
And it is helps that he is such a cuite ... hee hee :) A good conversation starter ... with aunties at the hawker centre, sales girls in the shopping mall, neighbours in the lift and the uncle sitting beside you on the bus.
Let's hope that the cute-ness does not wear out anytime soon ... hee hee :)

Turn Turn Turn

Another milestone in the growing up months of Asher Toy ... my baby can turn !!
Such a bif achivement ... just at all of 3.5 months !!

Just over the weekend, we were yanking his arm, probing his stomach, lifting his legs ... all in the name of giving him a helping hand, to get him to turn. And yesterday, when we went to pick him up from my parents' place, the first greeting that came was "Asher can turn !! Look Look ... he can turn all by himself !!"

Never imagined that watching my baby turn from his back onto his stomach and back again could bring such joy and such excitement!!

Here is a sneak peek at this milestone ... (pardon the quality of the video though ... )

But can't help feeling though, that i missed out on a little, not being there to witness this massive feat first hand.

Good job baby ... i am proud of you :)
