Who took these photos of Asher Toy?

Daddy took these photos of Asher Toy.

The Photo Nazi

Hi you really cannot fault me for it.

Let's face it ... if you have ever tried taking photos with a baby, you will know that it is not easy at all, to get a nice shot.

So in order to get a good one, you take many many many and many many many more ... you get the idea :)

So Young ... So Busy !!

The month of December was indeed chock-a-block full of events and celebrations for baby Asher.

First it was Auntie Jessie's wedding. A week later, Uncle Paul's wedding ... followed immediately by a week in Malacca for Asher's 1st DCD church camp, with Asher's very 1st Christmas following closely after!! Daddy and Mummy were on leave for the holiday season ... which means fun filled days all Christmas, right through to the New Year.

Before there is time for a breather ... it is time for Asher's very 1st all-nighter - his very 1st Watch Night service. And a week after, it will be Auntie Alyna's wedding !! ... WOW !! Talk about BUSY and so many firsts ... beat that!!

But hey ... never too busy to stop for a couple of photos ... here are some from Uncle Paul's wedding ... enjoy :)
Group photo with Uncle David, Auntie Linda, Grandpa and Grandma

The air is fresher up high ... sitting on Uncle Andrew's shoulders for a bird's eye view of the dinner setting

Who's that pretty girl ... *phew* it is only Auntie Joyce

Too good an opportunity to miss ... a photo with daddy and mummy ... dressed for the occassion :) ... like the flower in the hair *wink*

Mission Asher Mop

Now that Asher is able to crawl quite well and quite fast, we as parents, have great fun at his expense :) I guess the video says it all ...

Nurture or torture ... you decide.

PS:
Need someone to mop your floor? This baby can do a pretty good job ... for FREE! Complete with attached cleaning cloth. Also comes with self excreting antiseptic floor cleaning liquid (haha ... bet you did not know that a baby's saliva has antiseptic qualities ... just like yours!) and tons of entertainment and good laughs. Please call 1800-ASHER MOP if interested. While baby's attention lasts.

Don't be a Stranger

Uncle Hamzah is back in town ... and it is time again, to meet up with Uncle Jon and Auntie Yi Hui. It is strange how we only meet up everytime Hamz is back ... but it always still feels like it was just yesterday we last met up. The company is definetly cosy with updates, updates and more updates ... Aahhh ... good friends.

As for Asher ... he is certainly enjoying the company ... no stranger at all ...
In the arms of uncle Jon ...

Ooohhh ... big hugs and big smiles ....

Aaahhh ... and leaving his signature saliva mark on dear Uncle Hamz ... *slobber*slobber* drool*

My 1st Overseas Trip

They start young ... globe trotting :)
We spent a weekend over in KL (23 - 25 Oct).

Asher's 1st time on the plane - He did well. Doesn't he already look like the seasoned traveller ... not looking one bit out of place amongst all the luggages ... all set for take off ...
1st fine dining experience ... In case you were wondering ... the wine glass is empty. *Phew!*

1st time up the Petronas Towers ... a 1st for all three of us actually. BIG smiles there ...

1st time 'eating' at a road side stall ... It was a pity he could not eat any of the yummy food ... even though i am sure he very much wanted to. Does not help that almost everytime he wakes from his nap, he sees his parents eating !!

Bonding time with daddy ... it was thanks to Kelvin's conference in KL, that we decided to take the trip up.
Judging from the BIG smiles ... I think he had fun :)

Certianly a trip of many firsts for baby Asher ... and definetly the 1st of many trips to come.
